You won't find an hourly rate listed here.  We rarely work on a time and material basis.  Our process involves providing the customer with a proposal with a price to complete a particular task.  We can't say that surprises never crop up that increase the bill, but those situations are quite rare.

If it has to do with your home, we can likely help.  If you need your lawn mowed or your car's tires rotated, you'll have to find someone else.

 

We do nearly all our work ouselves.  We need to bring in subcontractors to help with a project sometimes if the work requires specific licensing or specialized tools that we don't have.

 

In the odd event that we cannot take care of your project ourselves, we can often recommend someone who can.
